By accessing the FutureSkills SG website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including slides, code repositories, and videos, are the intellectual property of FutureSkills SG and are for personal use only.

3. Refund Policy

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Withdrawal requests must be made in writing at least 7 days before the course start date.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
